Civic (CVC) SPIKES on Poloniex Listing & Identifying Future Exchange Listing Profits

Civic (CVC) shot up over 30% on news that it will now be listed on Poloniex. It's the first new crypto listing on Poloniex in September and while the new listings have cooled down recently, is it the start of something good?

While I think the threat of future regulation is scaring many exchanges (like Poloniex and Bittrex) from rapidly adding new listings, if you select strong projects with good legal/regulatory standing, then they'll eventually get added to exchanges like CVC has.
